1. Acceptance
By using Dutiable.io ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Dutiable provides AI-assisted HS code classification, tariff monitoring, and customs document generation for e-commerce sellers. Classification results are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only.
3. No legal advice
Dutiable is not a licensed customs broker or legal advisor. HS code classifications provided by the Service are AI-generated estimates and should not be used as the sole basis for customs declarations. You are solely responsible for verifying classifications and complying with applicable import/export regulations.
4. Credits and payments
- Credits are consumed when a classification job is processed. Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
- Subscription plans renew monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
- All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload data that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Resell or redistribute Service output without attribution.
6. Intellectual property
The Dutiable platform, logo, and underlying software are owned by Dutiable. Classification results generated from your data belong to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dutiable is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including customs penalties resulting from incorrect HS code classifications.
8. Termination
