By using Dutiable.io ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Dutiable provides free HS code lookup, duty and landed-cost calculators, customs document generators and a public tariff-change tracker for e-commerce sellers. Lookup results are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only.
3. No legal advice
Dutiable is not a licensed customs broker or legal advisor. HS code results provided by the Service are AI-generated estimates and should not be used as the sole basis for customs declarations. You are solely responsible for verifying your codes and complying with applicable import/export regulations.
4. No payment
The Service is free to use. No account, credits, subscription or payment of any kind are required, and we do not process payments.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload data that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Resell or redistribute Service output without attribution.
6. Intellectual property
The Dutiable platform, logo, and underlying software are owned by Dutiable. Lookup results generated from your input belong to you.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dutiable is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including customs penalties resulting from incorrect HS code classifications.
8. Termination
We may restrict access to the Service for use that violates these terms.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
