Ceiling fans with self-contained electric motor up to 125W are classified under 8414.51. Ceiling fans with integrated light kits are still 8414.51 — the light is an accessory. Industrial ceiling fans over 125W are 8414.59. Tower fans, pedestal fans, desk fans, and wall fans are all 8414.51 when ≤125W. BLDC (brushless DC) ceiling fans qualify for the same heading.
