What is a credit?
1 credit = classification of 1 SKU. Re-classifying a manually approved code costs 0 credits. If an identical product was already classified (cache hit), it also costs 0 credits.
Do credits expire?
Top-up credits are valid for 12 months. Subscription credits roll over up to 2× your monthly limit (Pro: max 1,000 credits, Business: max 4,000 credits).
Can I use top-up credits on a Free plan?
Yes. Top-up credits work on any plan, including Free. You don't need a subscription to buy and use credits.
How accurate is the classification?
Confidence ≥85%: auto-approved (typically 60–70% of products). Score 60–84%: needs your confirmation. Below 60%: needs manual correction. Corrections improve the model for future classifications.
What tariff databases do you use?
USITC HTS for the US (updated quarterly), EU TARIC + EUR-Lex for the EU (updated annually + ad-hoc), and UK Global Tariff CSV for the UK.
Is this a substitute for a customs broker?
