Watch straps and bands of any material (silicone, leather, metal, nylon, ceramic) are classified under 9113. Leather watch straps are 9113.10; metal (base metal) straps are 9113.20; other materials (rubber, silicone, fabric) are 9113.90. Replacement Apple Watch bands are 9113.90. Note 2 to Chapter 91 specifically includes straps, bands, and bracelets as parts of watches. When a strap is sold together with a watch as a set, it takes the classification of the watch. Separately sold bracelets with no timekeeping function are 7117 (imitation jewellery) or 7113 (precious metal jewellery).
